How to a build debian package

After a critical failure, we look into resizing an OSD in our Ceph environment. Unfortunately, the drive is entire, so resize of the OSD was the only option to start the service.

We build a rack and I walk about what goes into the building process and showing the process. We also talk about networking like keystone jacks and cable management.

I wanted to try out the newly released Debian version bullseye for my Ceph cluster, so I updated one of my hosts, which in hindsight might have been a bit too early.
